EDIT ADD: went to the Dr. for Christy for, hm, at least ten hours, I swear...hopefully she feels better...
============B-day report:
So thanks to all for your kindness and your gifts on my b-day.The day part was nice...so here's what happened on the rest of the day...
Christy tells me that we can do anything I want...so we start the first episode of Battlestar Galactica (which happens to be the most awesomest show ever! Ohmigosh!). It was thrilling! Then we had to go, so we went off to downtown. I couldn't really decide where to go, etc...but I did want to spend my Gap gift cert that my parents gave me (thanks mom!). But first, my favorite restaurant-Pat and Oscars. So we are circling around and around downtown, and no p&o's...finally we find the corner where I'm 99% positive it USED to be. Yes, it was closed and gone--and evidently is now a Preudential reality...I was so sad.
Ok-onto Horton Plaza to the Gap. Yes...got the kids out, found our way to the Gap, which was ALSO CLOSED. Not just closed though, closed for remodeling...and will open again Wednesday...Oh man! Strike #2...
So we decide to get a Jamba Juice-I think the guy was new though, 'cause he took forever and he made the wrong drink for me...no problem, I still have a good attitude. Noah, however, does not...
Then, it's off to Fashion Valley, 'cause I want to go to the Gap, dang it! Blah, blah, blah...I did find one shirt that was on sale, but overall, that store just doesn't seem to have sale items and I am NOT spending $50 on a shirt...no thanks...
It was pretty sad overall, but we did watch a little more of Battlestar Galactica when we got home...gosh, maybe I should've gone to the Chris Tomlin concert!!!!Pray for Christy--not only can I not get a decent night's sleep 'cause she is up all night (I can't remember when the last time was when I got some GOOD sleep) but she is REALLY sick. Not getting any better...Poor Christy...
btw-The Message//Remix is pretty interesting to read. It really trips you out, especially if you've only read NIV or something...but it certainly does give a different perspective...

I like "The Message" for that - a different perspective, but - I have found things that i don't agree with after comparing them the translated meaning of the intended language. I think that the author takes a little too much liberty at times. I am reading Romans in the Message right now, and it really makes you think...
I am praying for Christy, and for the peace in the house. I am so sorry that she is sick.
Yep, should of went to the concert....sorry about the b-day dude!!
The Message is evil. Real Christians only read The Authorized (King James) Version.
Man... I miss San Diego so much after that post... ESP P&O's..... breadsticks................
Oh The Borg are so scary!!!! I can barely watch those episodes and I hate that movie!!!! I was just talking to my boss about them yesterday and he said I was a dork for being scared. Thank goodness I'm not the only one!!
Your Birthday sounds....mmmmmm...interesting! Yeah, that's it Interesting!!
Finally....I could hardly stand the weirdness that has been going on for the past two weeks!! Can't say I am surprised....some what sad, but not surprised! I know God is in control and I am excited to see what he has in store...for all of us!! So, we must have a farewell NERTZ GAME!!! YAAAAAAAA
Hey, maybe now you can get a good nights rest!! Love yas =)
