American Idol
I just entered two songs in the songwriting contest for American Idol.
One of them Christy and I wrote together specifically for the show.If we get picked for even just the Top 20 songs (which will be voted for by America) we get a 75% publishing deal with FOX (or whatever that company is) along with $10,000 in royalty advances. That’s not if we win, just if we get picked in the Top 20!
Of course, if we win, they’ll record the song…

Wow, that’s really exciting!! You know I’d LOVE to come sing for you…the whole all ministry happens on the same day called Sunday thing really bums me out, since I haven’t invented how to be two places at once. But if you ever have a special performance that isn’t on a Sunday, let me know!!
