Christy is feeling better. She’s on the mend, but now Nathaniel
is sick, too. I found him asleep with his head on the toilet this morning at
5:30AM. When I asked him how long he had been there, he sweetly said, “Um…I
think…about six minutes?”. So sweet. Well, you know what you do when you’re
sick, right? You watch movies all day! So I just kept him in the bathroom,
brought in his Care Bears couch/pillow and the laptop, and made a little living
space for him. Now he can stay in the bathroom all day watching movies and if
he has to throw up—bam!—the toilet is right there…I think it’s brilliant,
personally.

definitely brilliant. I wish I'd had a laptop that I could take into the bathroom with me when I was sick, when I was a kid. However, it wouldn't have been nearly as cool, since I also didn't have a Care Bears couch/pillow. Ah well.
Praying for my little bathroom buddie! Six minutes tooo cute!!!!! And so happy tio hear that Christy is feeling better.

Just asking. It certainly is special to me...it's where I put my poop.
I always take my lap top into the bathroom. I hate it when the batteries die out when I'm right in the middle of reading something. It takes away from my bathroom experience.
Also, did you know that there is a website that actually rates the number of "sittings" it takes to finish a book while in the dumper? Awesome.
Poor little guy. Throw up flu is the pits big time.

Should I call child-safety? making a kid live in a bathroom? Isn't that agaist some law or something?? : )

So glad Christy is starting to feel better. Hope Nathaniel gets better soon, too. I hate throwing up more than almost anything, so I totally sympathize.
