  • Just bought the new Harry Potter soundtrack on iTunes thanks to a b-day gift certificate from Mike-THANKS! It's pretty good. Gotta hook my iPod up so I get it on there...Hedwig's Theme is only in tracks 1 & 5, but that's OK, it's still great even though it's not John Williams...it's all in a similar style to keep the threads of the film tied together...nice purchase...

So who buys CD's anymore? I haven't bought an actual CD in forever...It's so much cheaper on iTunes and WAY more conveniant...c'mon people, get with the times. It's the END of 2005...iTunes is the way to go!

Oh, and yes, of course I will keep blogging, to all of you faithful Midway readers who want to still stay in touch...

  • So who buys CD's anymore?

Umm. Me. iTunes is great, but I like to still own the actual album. I want something tangible, unless I'm only going to buy one song from the album. And if your hard drive crashes it's always nice to have a backup. I like having, for instance, a 20 CD collection of Amy Grant's music. It means I'm a real fan. You can't compare that with just saying you have 1 gig of her music on your computer.

  • You had better keep blogging NERTZ king.

  • Heck yes, you can! You still have them as albums...

Umm, no. You can't. They are not albums then. They're just songs that might make up an album if you actually owned the album.

  • I'll stick with my 8 Tracks.... I love the sound they make as they rewind. And you can fix them with a piece of scotch tape.

  • So if you don't have an ipod how can you itune?

Oh, and how can you purchase itunes for someone?  Yes, although a nerd I may be still challenged at techno am I.

  • Oh that last sentence was yodababble
