  • Psalm 119:171-172, 175-176
    ------------------
171 May my lips overflow with praise,
for you teach me your decrees.

172 May my tongue sing of your word,
for all your commands are righteous.

    ------------------

175 Let me live that I may praise you,
and may your laws sustain me.

176 I have strayed like a lost sheep.
    Seek your servant,
for I have not forgotten your commands.

    -------------------

Did you guys know that sheep are never attacked in herds? Sheep are attacked when they get seperated from the herd and are alone. It's kinda like what happens when people get disconnected from church or their small group, or from their meaningful relationships that help steer them back to truth. We lose all perspective when we get alone, we get more selfish, and we often become prone to attacks...

I miss our small group! It's been a while since we've met! I'm looking forward to starting our new study "Experiencing Christ Together".

Also- You guys can pray for me that I find balance (still) and that the Lord guides me in all this arranging that I am doing. Sometimes it is tough, and even a little overwhelming. Pray that I get stuff done and use my time wisely, and that I still have time for my family as well.

  • You are a wonderful person and very loved. God loves you so much. I don't know anyone that feels balanced more than a couple days in a row. Funny, but it seems to be a daily - or hourly battle. You and your family are covered in prayers. I pray that God continually blesses your life and everything that you do.
