Look what tasty little nibble came in my mailbox today:
I was so excited I almost peed my pants.
I am SO looking forward to this movie. Not because Star Trek is awesome, but because J.J. Abrams is awesome…and when you put a great thing like Star Trek together with a storytelling mastermind like J.J. Abrams…you get brilliance. And I CANNOT wait for it.

But here’s what makes me excited about this: Abrams isn’t a Trekkie…here’s what he says in regards to his team’s take on the film:
”We weren’t making a movie for fans of Star Trek,” he said. ”We were making a movie for fans of movies.”YEEEAAAAAHH!!!
There is only a teaser trailer out right now for the film, the first real trailer will be released with the new Bond movie on Nov 14th. You KNOW I’ll be there for that.

Did I tell you that the office is dressing up like nerds this year for Halloween? It’s truly a shame you won’t be there.
No Bama – dont even know why anyone would even entertain the CHANGE that Obama is selling -socialism , communism , major abortion supporter , more taxes , very questionable friends and associates, redistribute wealth , wife hates America , Cant think of one good thing that he has offered or accomplished in his life or established in his political life.
Mcain – Pro-life , Loves America, , lower taxes , established track record in life and government(30 years), fought for America – Vet ,
Does America need change – yes – Does Obama bring the change we need – NO Does Mcain bring the change we need – Some of it BOTH parties will do whatever it takes to stay in power – the question is How do we change THAT !!!
The economy is NOT GW Bush’s failed policies – nice point for the Dem’s – its the fault of Greed of Many – to many to count on all sides all they way down to you and I overspending on what we don’t need and can’t afford!!!!..

I’m going to say in advance that I’m sorry . . . but I just don’t understand the love for Star Trek. I’m Star Wars all the way down the line.
That said, I’ll probably see the Star Trek movie when it comes out. Science fiction is science fiction, after all…
