Father’s Day
Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there.
We were in San Diego for FD and Nathaniel left his present for me at home. So this is what I woke up to this morning…
He made me a card at school…complete with it’s own white paper bag-envelope. Or as Andy Bernard would say, a bagvelope.I asked him who was on the front of the bag, he said it was him and me, of course!
The picture was on the front of the card, and here’s the message inside.
I knew I was funny.
Just kidding…ok, but on the serious, that is the best present anyone could ever get me. If you’re a dad and you’ve ever received something like this from your kid, then you understand.
I love my family soooooooo much. Wow…

i think you’re so, so, strong too…
well…thank you dear…
THAT is the sweetest thing ever.
Dude, that is so sweet!
Nice
That is so, so, so endearing.
Awwww, that card actually brought a tear to my eye, seriously. How SWEET!!
Wait, did you erase a word from that card? Because I’m pretty sure the original version said that you are funny looking.
Oh. Snap.
How sweet! I keep those wonderful memories from my kids in a special box.
So Sweet!
He obviously has some recessive genes working in high gear with all that sweetness.
That’s totally precious. I remember it always amazed me when my nephews would write really nice things to their parents or grandparents. You just don’t know kids have it in them sometimes. They don’t say it out loud very often.
