  • Today is going to be a hard day at church. I can feel it. It's the day they announce that we're leaving, but even worse than that, there is an insert in the bulletin about it. Yes, a half-page letter that I wrote about our departure with a color pic and a title that says "Saying Goodbye". I guarantee that there will be people freaking out before/during the service and it is going to be weird and difficult to lead worship. Yikes!
    Help me Lord.

    I'm also leading worship in NEXT LEVEL. Never done that before, so it'll be interesting. Help!

  • Well, I've already done my freaking out; so I'll just be there smiling at ya! You are my friend and my brother in the Lord.  We love you two!  We are proud of you! Oh, and from my blog, I hope you two did not think at all that I was mad at you.  I was mad at the whole world.  Instead of The Wrath of Khan...it was The Wrath of Margaret--not one of Tom's favorites! Gosh, who are we gonna talk Star Trek to?!?  Tackle the day with God, today, Daniel!  Worship on!!!

  • Happy Anniversary. I hope that church wasn't too terrible and that people were excited for the adventure ahead of you and ahead of Midway. I love to watch God working. I think your letter was good and I think you focused on God and led worship well.

  • daniel, my dad is going to start a choir at our church to only do songs on special occasions. we were wondering where you purchase your music from.  our first song we wanted to do was "let there be blessing".  could you get back to me on all that as soon as you could?  thanks so much.  oh--and i'm sooooooooooooooooooooooo sad you're leaving.  it breaks my heart.  i loved you guys.  -sara

  • we rocked at next level.  very very fun.  and always good to be right near chris so I can look at him when he messes up.  hahah!  just kidding.  more like when I mess up......  ok, BOTH.

  • daniel, thanks so much for getting back to me.  i hope everything went well with the announcement at church yesterday.  and just in case you didn't quite get it...i'm extremely sad you and christy are leaving.  i'm glad i'll be there for your last sunday on new years though.  see ya then.. -sara

  • Daniel, where are you guys going. I just saw the message that you are moving and us Hawaiians have not heard anything about your big move. Of course I may have  missed the blog that said where you are going since I don't read every blog you write.  Anyway, God bless.
