OK- pretty darn good practice last night, MPC. Compared to %90 of the practices in the past, this one was far superior. However, I think the 1st half was better than the last half of THIS practice. We were making some really good music the first part-but once we started getting into the songs that weren't as familiar, we lost most of that cohesiveness. Don't get me wrong, it was still great--but it'd be great to sing ALL THE TIME like we did on songs like Christmas Fantasia and Winter Medley as opposed to Night of Miracles, and All Is Well...yes, I understand we know the first ones better, but I guess that's the point. All the hard work and sacrifice you guys put in outside of practice pays off BIG TIME. So please continue, because the music we are making in our practices now is getting me REALLY excited about our Christmas concerts-more excited than I've ever been...
New show HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was hilarious. Good to have THE OFFICE back. I hope it stays a long time...see Mike's blog for more detailed reviews.
More NERTZ this Thursday night. I think I'll make Taco Salad...yummy!

If you like The Office, please tell me that you have seen the BBC version. Because as funny as the American one is, things are just plain funnier with British accents. Plus, Ricky Gervais is a comic genius.
Taco Salad! Hey! Are you trying to lure me home from taking Joli out? Bad Daniel, Bad Daniel!
I hate British humor. It's yuckypoo.
I tried to watch the office the other night- wow- stupid. have fun with your nertz nerds tonight- i know i will be having a blast with your wife. luv ya
My son Zeth, is working for FIMA right now and he says that it is just like "The Office"
AHHHHH will you be able to maintain the title of "Nertz King"? Good luck my friend!!!!! All hail the King! Mmmmmmm Toco Salad.....droll, droll. Can we have that at the next team Barnabus meeting?
I watched "The Office" a couple of times last season, but couldn't really get into it. Probably cuz I've never actually had a cubicle. All I remember is something about a stapler getting put in jello...
I've never seen a complete episode of X-Files, so if I borrowed them from you, I'd have to start at square one.
How many seasons were there, anyway?
I'm confused. In choir you said another choir wrote and asked about part-CDs for The Heart of Christmas, and you sent them some you made. But I'm listening right now to an actual part-CD, which is what you gave us. I don't have one that you made. ??
