So it thundered and lightninged last night at like 1:30 AM. It really freaked me out and woke me up from a dead sleep. I sat there wondering what in the world was going on for the LONGEST time...I think my fear was hightened by the fact that I had just turned off Jurassic Park at the part where the girl was about to turn back on the power and be attacked by the velocaraptors. I forgot how good that movie was...and with all the times Nathaniel has woken up in the middle of the night scared--I went to check on him--he didn't budge an inch...he wasn't phased at all bu the hugely loud sounds of the T-REX walking towards our house to eat us alive...um, I mean, the thunder...
all in all, it was a HORRIBLE night's sleep. Ugh.

Hey, Ron Burgundy! Great pic.
We had thunder/lightning here, too. Much of the night, but I remember being jolted awake at 3am. Anyways, the song "Shine" is a worship song of sorts, written by a current APU student- you may even know him since he went to Covina HS- Paul Stephens. Anyways, Rod wanted it for UCO, so he asked me to arrange/orchestrate it. It's almost done, but not quite. Click the word "Shine" on my blog for the latest midi demo...
I LOVE thunderstorms. I didn't hear much thunder last night but saw lots of lightning through the window next to my bed. It was lighting up the whole room. I'm bummed I missed all that neat thunder
Jurassic Park-- liked that movie!
I was still awake at 4 am, listening to and watching the thunder storm. I love thunder and lightning!! On a different note, I would love to borrow X-files from you, but wouldn't the shipping be a bit of a killer?
Suit up!!
