    Nathaniel threw up. He has been crying a little in the night lately, so we heard him crying and were like "We loooooove you! Go back to sleeeeeeep!" and he says back in his cute little half-crying voice, "but I throwed up". OK-we'll help you...he's so precious.

    OK- well I finally did it! I reclaimed my NERTZ throne! I feel like Luke Skywalker at the end of Return of the Jedi, or Aragorn at the end of Return of the King. What is rightfully mine and was stolen by the dark side, has now been returned to me, and by a slaughter, no less. Yeah, I REALLY beat Mike, not just by a hair...I think the final scores were something around ME-170, Mike 95-ish (and everyone else...). I think my win was largely determined by a great focus that I maintained throughout the game. People were coming and going, I was focused. The craziest people NERTZed, I stayed focused. My wife complimented me, I stayed focused (which was a mistake...I should've broken my focus to say "Thank You"-I now know...).
    So, a quick run-down of some of the many players who stopped by tonight for a round or twelve, includes, but is not limited to the following people:

    Daniel
    Christy
    Mike
    Shantelle
    Brad
    Suzie
    Kim
    Karen & Steve (who didn't stay, but left to "spend time together")
    Melody
    Chris
    Arlette
    Sara

    Sara came late 'cause she got lost, and was driving a mechanic's van, oddly enough. Shantelle left early, Kim left shortly after that. Melody and Chris took off early, and Brad & Suzie left at 10 to go feed the baby...so we were left with only 5 (Dan, Christy, Mike, Arlette, and Sara). I still prevailed...yay me!

    Well, all of you blog-readers who have no idea what NERTZ is, should really learn how to play. Come over to my house sometime and try it out-it's great fun!
